Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing personal information. Depending on the circumstances, this may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.
We may use privacy-conscious analytics and diagnostic services to understand how Truth Streams performs and how users interact with the Service.
This may include information about app sessions, screens viewed, feature usage, crashes, and general technical performance.
Where required, you will be given appropriate choices regarding non-essential analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate Truth Streams. These may include providers responsible for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, content delivery, audio streaming, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, customer support, and subscription or payment processing.

If the organisation operating Truth Streams undergoes a merger, restructuring, transfer, or similar organisational change, relevant information may be transferred as part of that process subject to applicable law.
Some service providers used to operate Truth Streams may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data-protection law.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is processed.
Where possible, information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
For users protected by UK data-protection law, these may include rights to request access, correction, deletion in certain circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, transfer of eligible information, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exemptions.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have concerns so that we have an opportunity to address them.
Where supported, you may request deletion of your Truth Streams account and associated personal information through the app or by contacting support@truthstreams.net.
Deleting an account may permanently remove information such as saved content, listening history, playback progress, preferences, and other account-associated information.
Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, financial record keeping, dispute resolution, or security.
Truth Streams may allow eligible content to be downloaded for offline listening.
Downloaded content may be stored within the application environment on your device and may be removed when you delete the download, sign out, your membership or entitlement ends, the content is withdrawn, the application is removed, or technical or licensing requirements require its removal.
Offline downloads do not transfer ownership of the underlying content to you.
Truth Streams is intended for a general Christian audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required without obtaining the appropriate consent.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
However, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.
Truth Streams may contain content, links, or integrations provided by churches, ministries, speakers, publishers, platforms, or other third parties.
Their privacy practices may be governed by their own policies. Truth Streams is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Truth Streams develops or where legal, technical, or operational requirements change.
When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes through the Service or another reasonable method.
